Checking the latest release…

Finding the current Windows installer.

Install on the Windows PC you use for your simulator. Close your simulator and any running Companion window before running the installer. In-app updates wait until the simulator is closed and the link is stopped.

From download to departure

Connect in three simple steps.

Your account, your pilot profile, your next flight.

  1. 01

    Install & sign in

Run the Windows installer, open FlyVolis Companion and sign in with the same account you use on this website.

Choose the pilot profile you want to fly.
  2. 02

    Choose your simulator

Select MSFS 2020, MSFS 2024 or X-Plane 12. Open Simulator content to install or update the matching FlyVolis content.

Do this with the simulator closed, then open your flight.
  3. 03

    Press Start Link

Load the aircraft at your mission’s departure airport and press Start Link. Open the website’s Flight map to check live data and mission readiness.

A pairing code is only needed for the advanced fallback connection.
Your operation, connected

Bring your career into the cockpit.

Your flight, recorded

Live aircraft data connects your departure, delivery and arrival to the accepted FlyVolis mission.

Ground activity

Supported aircraft can show loading, boarding and ground-service animations using installed FlyVolis content.

Your company in the sky

See eligible company AI aircraft where the simulator has a matching installed aircraft model. Pilot labels are available in supported views.

Visual features depend on your simulator, aircraft profile and installed content. Other FlyVolis players are shown on the airline’s website map when they share their position; this does not create their aircraft in your simulator.

Stay up to date.

Companion checks for updates automatically. You can also use Check for updates in the app.

Close your simulator before applying an update. Your saved settings stay in place. If simulator content also changes, use its install/update action in Companion before starting the game again.

Make the view your own.

Open Simulator content in Companion to set up MSFS animations or the X-Plane plugin. MSFS view settings control ground animations, company AI aircraft and pilot labels.

MSFS pilot labels require MSFS 2024 in a windowed or borderless desktop view. In X-Plane, use Plugins → FlyVolis for traffic and label settings, and keep the plugin enabled.

A clear connection

Need a hand getting started?

Companion is open, but there is no live data.

Check the selected simulator and pilot profile, load a flight in the simulator, then press Start Link. Open Companion’s Activity Log for the connection message. In X-Plane, check that the FlyVolis plugin is installed and enabled.

I can connect, but I cannot see animations or AI aircraft.

Check your visual settings and install/update the FlyVolis content while the simulator is closed. The aircraft must have a supported profile, and company AI traffic needs a suitable installed aircraft model. The Activity Log explains missing content or models.

Do I need to enter a pairing code?

Usually, no. Sign in to Companion, select the same career as the website and press Start Link. Use Flight map → Pair Simulator only if you choose the advanced pairing fallback.

Can I continue a saved flight?

Open your current mission on Flight map and follow Resume Flight. Save & Resume availability depends on your career plan and simulator. Reconnect Companion before continuing.
